At Baldridge Farm we are guided by Korean Natural Farming (KNF) techniques and Dr. Cho's Nutritive Cycle Theory, which teaches that 'feeding' your plants' soil with the nutrients they need during different  growth stages you can cultivate more nutrient dense harvests in abundance.
